Exit interviews should be an expectation of the non-director non-stop improvement practice.
We work in partnership with you to structure and implement an exit interview practice for outgoing board members that:
- Acknowledges their contribution
- Assesses if and how their talents were effectively used
- Obtains insights on what worked/did not
- Obtains insights on improvements
Exit interviews provide positive closure with the board and should be done after the last board meeting of the member’s term and before the Annual General Meeting.
We will support you to facilitate exit interviews including coaching fellow board members to conduct them as well as establishing written options.
